four steps to booking
No gatekeeping here—we want you to feel fully informed and empowered throughout the planning process. From your initial inquiry to officially booking your date, our goal is to make each step clear and stress-free. The more insight we can share, the more confident you’ll feel in choosing the St. Louis wedding florist that’s the right fit for you.
Step 1: Reach Out
Start by filling out the inquiry form on our website with your event details and inspiration. We’ll review it and get back to you within 1–2 business days to confirm availability and next steps.
Step 2: Vision & Quote
Once we connect, we’ll either schedule a quick phone consultation or move straight into creating a personalized mood board and a basic quote based on your needs and style.
Step 3: Proposal & Adjustments
You’ll have a chance to review your proposal and mood board, and we’ll work together to make sure everything reflects your vision before finalizing an agreement.
Step 4: Booking & Floral Magic Begins
When you’re ready to move forward, a signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date. From there, we handle all the floral planning so you can relax and enjoy the journey.
