Dream it.
When you first inquire with Suncrest Blooms, it’s all about the details. We ask all the questions related to the occasion - date, venue, guest count, budget and, of course, your general vision. Then, during our discovery call, we get to know each other, talk all things wedding planning, and more. I want to hear about what you’re most excited about to the things that worry you. We’ll get an idea of all your wants and needs for the big day and talk about next steps!
Build it.
After we’ve determined we would be a good fit, we’ll create a custom proposal just for you! After receiving your proposal and having time to review, we’ll have a follow-up meeting to talk it through, adjust things as needed, and answer any questions you may have!
Make it official.
Once we’ve finalized the proposal together, a signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date.
Then, you can sit back and relax until it get’s closer to your date and we’ll continue working behind the scenes. We’ll create a detailed mood board so you can really envision what the big day will look like, with our personalized touch. We’ll coordinate with other vendors, conduct site visits, and more.
Starting about three months out from the event, we’ll work together to adjust any changes, select vases and other hard goods, and finalize all the little details - making sure it goes off exactly as you’ve envisioned!
