Inquiry & Consultation

After inquiring, expect a consultation with Dawn to discuss your event and what you envision. We will get to know you and what your priorities are and how we can assist in bringing your vision to life.

Mood Board & Estimate

After our consultation, we will create a design board and estimate for you that outlines the vision for your event. This provides a guideline as we move forward and helps you picture how it will all come together.

Planning & Design

After securing your date, we dive deeper into the planning process up until your event. From site visits and mock ups, to meeting with other vendors and ensuring every detail is just as envisioned.

Day-Of Experience

The week of your event, we take care of each and every stem for your event. Our team handles processing, design, transport, setup and takedown so you can enjoy your event from start to finish. We want you to feel like a guest at your own event!
