At SunCrest Blooms, we believe that every wedding should be a unique reflection of you and your vision. Our design process begins with a personalized touch—creating a mood board tailored to each client. This board incorporates your favorite colors and inspiration, allowing you to visualize the floral design we can create together. I work closely with my clients to clarify the vision, provide guidance based on budget, and take the stress of floral decisions off your plate.

Our journey with flowers

My journey as a floral designer started when I began growing a cut flower garden. As friends and family began requesting bouquets and arrangements for their own weddings and events, I quickly fell in love with the art of floral design and began building from there. It's a true passion of mine and one that I absolutely love being able to share with others. Flowers truly do bring joy and beauty to any moment.

Where we get inspiration

Nature is our primary source of inspiration. I draw from its colors, shapes, and textures to create floral designs that feel organic and alive. Our designs are meant to evoke emotion, and truly make the event an experience. Prioritizing sustainability means using seasonal flowers, often times from local flower farms based right here in Missouri. This not only allow us to provide you with the freshest quality blooms, but also adds to the natural essence of the designs we create.

Our favorite flowers

I have to admit - as a florist and flower lover, it's impossible to pick just one! There's something to love about each season and the variety of flowers growing in each one. From specialty tulips and daffodils to peonies, garden roses and delphinium in the Spring. Summertime brings zinnias in all shades along with cosmos, lisianthus, and hydrangeas. Dahlias are the stars of the show come Fall and definitely have a hold on us. This helps us collaborate in-person and customize floral placements and sizes, ensuring the flowers complement the space beautifully. Sustainability is a core value in my work. I prioritize sustainable practices by using reusable containers and eco-friendly mechanics. This means we don't use things like floral foam, which are toxic both to you and the environment. Additionally, by using locally-grown flowers in our designs, we provide clients with the freshest blooms and most vibrant colors. This also helps support local flower farms, reduce our ecological footprint, and design with the earth in mind.
